After mutual consultation and description of the defect, we will inform you of the preliminary price for removing the issue and the time when we will visit to you. The final act is to issue a Protocol on checking the operability and maintenance of the fire safety equipment.

We would like to draw your attention to the fact that on all AVAPS s.r.o. installed products in the Czech Republic, it is necessary to perform regular maintenance and regular inspections of operability according to valid legal regulations, especially according to Decree No. 246/2001 Coll. Regular maintenance, warranty inspection and regular serviceability inspection shall be paid for and must be carried out in accordance with the product documentation, starting from the installation date or from the first initial inspection (proof of installation). 

How we work:

We will be happy to prepare a price offer for regular inspections of the operability of fire safety equipment or we can offer you the conclusion of an Agreement on the provision of fire shutters service. 

You have not concluded an Agreement for the provision of FS service (fire shutters) - we perform a serviceability inspection on the basis of an order and the customer monitors the date of proper inspections themselves.

You have concluded an Agreement for the provision of FS service (fire shutters) - we will notify you in time of the approaching inspection date, we guarantee a lower and fixed price, we perform extraordinary service interventions and more.
